School Year Calendar

Reminder that the school year calendar can be found on the district website under calendar. Upcoming calendar dates to remember:

September 7th - Labor Day, all schools and offices are closed

October 5th - 9th - Fall Break, schools are closed

2027-2028 School Calendar Survey

We want to hear from our community as we work to develop a school calendar that meets the needs of our students, works for our families and staff, and fulfills all requirements of the State of South Carolina.

Please take a few minutes to share your feedback through the survey below. Your input will help us develop a calendar recommendation that best serves our community. Following the survey, we plan to draft calendar options and present a recommendation to the Board of Trustees for consideration as early as the next Board meeting.

No Tardy Party

Be Here. Be On Time. Be Ready to Learn!

September is Attendance Awareness Month, and our elementary schools are celebrating with the districtwide No Tardy Party! from August 31 through October 2.

Each week, elementary schools will compete for the lowest percentage of unexcused tardies. The winning school will be surprised with a No Tardy Party at dismissal, and students will receive a prize sponsored by Patel’s McDonald’s!

Every minute of learning matters! Help your child BEAT THE BELL by arriving at school on time and ready to learn.
